The project intervenes in an apartment located in an award winning building in the newly built Science Park development area.

The apartment had a very standard layout and finishings that did not meet the needs of the client, a single executive working mostly on remote. 

​

It is a corner apartment with windows on two sides, with a lot of light and open views. We took the opportunity of opening up and connecting the spaces, as much as posible, creating a loft concept (open, connected and light), where only the private functions were kept in a closed room.

​

The owner of the flat has traveled the globe for his work and he wanted to reproduce the feeling of being in a hotel in his new acquired house. The rooms have wood paneling on the walls, everything is custom made, the black is used in many elements and fixtures and the surfaces are shiny and somewhat slick; all this to fit the clients wishes and personality.
